We deliver beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons and games to hotels, condos and vacation rentals throughout Madeira Beach — from John’s Pass down past Archibald Park to the avenue walkovers — and pick everything up when your stay ends.
What it costs
Packages start at $175 for three days, delivered to your stay and collected at the end:
Sandcastle Club — $200 / 3 days. Four chairs, umbrella or canopy, wagon, cooler, sandcastle kit and youth goggles. Madeira is a family beach and this is the package that reflects it.
No Fuss Beach Day — $175 / 3 days. Two chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, sand-free mat and towels.
Leisure League — $225 / 3 days. Better chairs, real shade, a premium cooler and bocce.
Group Chat Bundle — $250 / 3 days. Four chairs, large cooler, Bluetooth speaker, Spikeball and KanJam.
SPF 50 Social Club — $250 / 3 days. Premium chairs, neutral cooler, tumblers and oversized towels.
Gulf Shore Takeover — $1,150 / 3 days. Golf cart partner add-on with beach trailer hitch, six to eight premium chairs, XL canopy, paddle boards and volleyball.

Where we deliver in Madeira Beach
The whole city. That covers the hotels and condos along Gulf Boulevard, the rentals near John’s Pass Village at the north end, the blocks around Archibald Beach Park at 15100 Gulf Blvd, and the residential streets behind the avenue beach accesses further south.
Madeira-specific things worth knowing
Parking is $4 an hour — the cheapest of the four beaches we serve — and it is ParkMobile only. There are no pay stations to feed. Download the app before you arrive, not while standing in a lot with a hot phone.
Archibald Beach Park is the best single stop for a group with kids: four walkovers, restrooms, showers, a picnic area and volleyball, all in one place.
The county access at 14400 Gulf Blvd adds 104 spaces, restrooms and showers, and 450 feet of shoreline.
The avenue accesses along Gulf Boulevard mostly have no parking of their own. That makes them useless if you drove and excellent if you’re staying within walking distance — which is most of Madeira’s rentals.

That last point is the case for delivery here in one line: the closest beach access to most Madeira rentals is one you have to walk to. Walking is fine. Walking with four chairs, an umbrella and a loaded cooler is the part that ruins the morning.
